KeepSafe is a program that will save your documents while you work in them.
This way, the system will save just the files that you change, and they will be protected between backups. The first time you run the program, a setup wizard will allow you to choose which kind of documents you want the program to backup (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images, etc.). Each time you modify those files, the program will save a copy of them in the directory that you have chosen. This way, if something happens to the original file, you will always have an exact copy that you can use. You will not lose any information again.
KeepSafe also keeps old version of files, so, if required, you can recover the information that you have saved in the past. The program will stay as an icon in the system tray. Right clicking on that icon you will open the program´s interface. Then, you can choose which files should be stored, in which directories. Through the Storage Settings you can perform tasks on your hard disk. The Statistics module will show you statistical information about the files that you modify. The Recover Wizard will let you recover information from any file.
